glTF Materials Converter (for FAB.com models)
Description :
SA glTF Materials Converter for FAB.com models is a HDA for Houdini that converts the default Principled Shaders when importing a glTF 3d model into Maxon's Redshift or Otoy's Octane standard materials:
- preserves TEXTURES
- preserves parameters VALUES.
- displays ALBEDO IN THE VIEWPORT
You might be wondering what is differences from maps to material tools ?
Well, the material are already assign to correct primitives and that saves some time when a model has more than 1 material with multiple textures
